 MORE ABOUT THE FILM...

The game of golf has different roles across the globe. We'll film in America, where the game is commercially successful; in Scotland, where ‘legend has it’ golf was conceived; in India, where golf is the preferred sport in the slums; and in Japan, where we'll  investigate the root of the Zen connection.
Across these vastly different cultures, what about golf stays the same? Where did golf really originate? Was it philosophical or spiritual from the beginning? We're going to find out. As well, the golfers that take part in the experiment will come from these different golf hot spots, with their own unique approaches to spirituality.
You’ll hear from a diverse and fascinating group of players like Bill Murray, Deepak Chopra, comedic actor Jeff Garlin, Sean Foley (Tiger Woods' prior swing coach), Martina Navratilova, Kenny G, Dr. Parent (author of "Zen Golf"), Michael Murphy (founder of Esalen and author of “Golf in the Kingdom”), Pete Dye (Hall of Fame golf-course architect), and way more.

Myelin - the holy grail of skill acquisition

To understand how to improve your skill acquisition your have to comprehend what myelin is

The myelination process allows brain signals (neural signals) to propagate faster and with much less signal loss. To handle an intricate job, like sending a golf ball flying to a small target, the brain finishes many complex steps in a split second.

The mind is made up of neurons and nerve fibres and their insulating material. Scientist have actually begun to comprehend that a process called Myelination in the nerve fibres may play a big part in the advancement of skill.

Signals are sent to different areas of the brain along pathways called axons. The faster and more accurate these signals are, the more chances we have to carry out complex jobs
Recurring use of connections in the mind, or technique, causes cells called oligodendrocytes, which cover layer upon layer of myelin around those connections, making them a lot more like a broadband web connection - compared to a dial up

Myelin insulation improves the timing and speed of the signal. Some expert believe this myelin structure is just what divides the masses from fantastic athletes. The athlete's neural paths for their specific abilities have been developed into superhighways. More info

iFocusBand - reduce stress anxiety & tension, sports, wellness & business

The iFocusBand can greatly assist clients with anxiety & stress related issues whether it be in sports, wellness or business

Clients typically complain about continual anxiety attacks even though they've had previous meditation classes, breathing classes, or several sessions with psychologists. While all these therapies help, none of them  are able to validate to the client in real-time that the treatment is working. So of course the anxiety attacks just kept on re-occurring

With the iFocusBand three sensors placed on the scalp, the client is readily able to recognise the powerful neurofeedback that is beaming from our avatar.

The transformation of a client’s anxiety in 24 minutes  is shown on the  report below. This is not an isolated case, as many clients have been pleasantly surprised by the iFocusBand's effectiveness.

With the advent of new technology chips you can now purchase your personal iFocusBand for as little as $310.00    more info
